Satisfaction Guarantee

At Wexpressions Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our skincare and body scrub products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
